4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
-
Customer account data is stored on Supabase, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the us-east-1 (Virginia) region. Supabase encrypts all stored data at rest using AES-256 encryption and encrypts data in transit using TLS.
-
Report generation processing occurs on a separate server hosted by DigitalOcean. No personal data is stored on the DigitalOcean server at rest.
-
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information.
-
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry standard for responding to DNT signals. Our Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. We use Google Analytics, which may track your browsing activity across websites. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
6. DATA RETENTION
-
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service
-
We retain payment records as required by applicable tax and financial reporting obligations (minimum 7 years)
-
We retain consent and terms acceptance records, including the IP address and browser information captured at the moment of acceptance, for 3 years or 1 year after subscription termination, whichever is longer, as required by California Business and Professions Code Section 17602. These records are not deleted if you delete your account — they are retained for the full period stated above because they are the legal evidence that consent was given.
-
We retain usage data in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics purposes
