About the AI, honestly
Every plan reads the same ocean: 1 km satellite sea surface temperature, chlorophyll, salinity, geostrophic currents, productivity, live buoys, tides and NWS marine alerts. The difference is what does the thinking.
Free and Angler zones run our fast analysis, on that same data. A free account gets one full report for the zone you pick. What Angler buys is a fresh one every morning, before you leave the dock, delivered to your inbox. The difference between them is frequency and delivery, not the read.
Captain and Fleet zones are written by our most capable model, and they get a second pass where AI vision reads the actual satellite charts, picking up front shapes, eddy spirals and filaments that a grid of numbers cannot show. That second pass is most of the difference you will feel, and it is the expensive part.
We tell you this because a report you cannot check is worth nothing. Every report also states how old each satellite layer is, and says so plainly when a layer is stale or a backup source is in use.
